Breakfast Ideas


I'm finding that I'm hungry again after only a couple of hours after breakfast, does anyone have any breakfast recipes/ideas that keep you full through till lunch?

I often make a smoothie with my breakfast and I'll make a double portion so I can have more later in the morning if I'm still hungry! This is one I made yesterday that I really enjoyed, I had it with a side of bread and peanut butter!

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk *more if needed
  • 1/2 tbs cricket powder (can exchange for flax seed!)
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 2 cups mixed fruit (frozen or fresh mixture) i.e. raspberries, blueberries, peaches
  • 1/2 overripe banana
  • 1/2 tbs honey
