This is one I made yesterday that I really enjoyed, I had it with a side of bread and peanut butter! <ul> <li>1/2 cup Greek yogurt</li> <li>3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk *more if needed</li> <li>1/2 tbs cricket powder (can exchange for flax seed!)</li> <li>1 tbs chia seeds</li> <li>2 cups mixed fruit (frozen or fresh mixture) i.e. raspberries, blueberries, peaches</li> <li>1/2 overripe banana</li> <li>1/2 tbs honey</li> </ul></blockquote><br>
