Anyone used a non-dealer bodyshop for their Toyota after a minor crash?

A coworker mentioned I should check out https://www.exoticautoservices.ae/toyota/toyota-bodyshop-in-abu-dhabi/ since they apparently work on Toyotas all the time, but I've had bad experiences with places claiming they can match the factory silver only for it to look off in certain light. I don't mind paying for quality but I also don't want to get ripped off just because I drive a Toyota and they think it's an easy job. Has anyone here actually used an independent shop for bodywork on a Corolla, Camry, or Land Cruiser and been happy with the paint match and fit? Also curious how long they took because I can't be without my car for weeks.
