Post Reply: What to expect in a private nursing clinic interview?

I’ve done all the required clinical placements, but I still feel like real hospital work is going to be a different level compared to training. Most of the openings I see either ask for experience or seem pretty competitive, especially in private clinics. I’m not sure how realistic it is to actually get hired right away or what they expect from someone at my level during the interview. If anyone went through this recently, what was your experience like trying to land your first nursing job right after college, and what helped you get through the interview stage?</blockquote><br>
